Doe's sits on the fifth floor of Margaritaville Resort Biloxi, and the entrance gives you fair warning of what you're walking into: heavy wooden doors and framed history plaques tracing the brand back to a Greenville grocery store in 1941. Past that, though, it reads more resort than roadhouse. Tables sit near windows that look out over the pool deck, servers move briskly between them, and the room hums with the kind of polish you'd expect two floors down from a casino.
