The Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art, Frank Gehry's stainless-steel pods built around potter George Ohr's work, is about a mile off, walkable in good weather or a five-minute drive otherwise. Half Shell Oyster House is a solid pick for char-grilled oysters, and the Biloxi Lighthouse and downtown strip sit a few miles west along Beach Blvd.
